The Small Cottage is the home of the clowns. It has a normal functioning window available with which to place a Pie on the sill with. As it is Problem Sleuth's mission for his Quest of Spirit, Problem Sleuth must abscond with the pie for the Elves.
Clowns are not well known for having their pies lifted graciously.
It is also coincidentally the same cottage from Jailbreak.
