The Painting of a Horse Attacking a Football Player is an item alchemized by John Egbert in Homestuck, painted by Data in a Jandrew Edit, and owned by Andrew Hussie in real life.

In Homestuck after John became consciously aware of the graffiti he had unconsciously done to his movie posters he sought out a way to use alchemy to restore them. He theorizes a way to subtract captchalogue codes from each other and tries to subtract aHS harlequin figure from a defaced Ghost Dad Poster producing three items, one being the painting at the cost of 425 Mercury Grist, a reference to the $425 that Hussie had to spend to obtain the tangible painting. It can be seen later in the story when Andrew first self-inserts himselfHS hanging above his mantle.

In episode 8 of the series of Star Trek: The Next Generation edits, "Fine Art", Data is responsible for the creation of this painting, as well as one of the paintings on the wall of Equius's hive.

In real life the painting was painted by "T" and currently belongs to Andrew Hussie. On December 17, 2007, after having spent several years obsessing over the painting, Hussie launched a fundraiser in order to raise the $425 needed to buy the painting. The fundraiser met its goal on January 7, 2008, and Hussie had gained physical possession of the painting by January 18.
