The ladder is an item from Jailbreak that one of the Prisoners produces to give a key to another Prisoner. Sadly, the ladder breaks in half as the prisoner that is climbing the ladder gets peed on and then decides to ride the ladder like a train. Afterward, the Prisoner finally makes use of the broken ladder and creates Logorg, the robot made of wood. Once Logorg is destroyed, and sequentially Drillgorg as well, the ladder is no longer used as it's nothing but scraps.
